Nice hotel near subway
Great value for money. Clean and nice rooms, location immediately close to the subway.
The shower water temperature was difficult to control, and the water pressure in the shower was low. Not enough electrical sockets in the room — having one near the bed would be nice.

What would you highlight about Hotel Comenius
I really recommend staying at Hotel Comenius, the owner is kind and helpful, no serious problems :)
The localization is really good and it’s easy to get to the city center by ubahn or sbahn, also we came by train at Ostbahnhof (20min by foot to the hotel). The room and bathroom was small but not claustrophobic, it was ideal for few nights. Everything was clean and perfect. We were in Berlin for a concert at Mercedes Benz Arena and it took 20min walk to get there so I really recommend Hotel Comenius when you don’t want to worry about commute in the night, after hours of standing and dancing :) Normal breakfast service was not available at the time of our stay because of some renovation work, but they offered free tea/coffee and some cereal with milk (also plant based :) We will definitely come back to comenius next time we visit Berlin

Wonderful
Very good location, nice area, pleasant twin room. Nice communal area where you can help yourself to breakfast plus cofee and tea any time. Helpful staff. The access code which provides access everywhere. Very good value for money.
Some noise from the other guests, but you get that in many hotels. Reception is open only during the day but it was not a problem at all. We had late check-in with an access code. I had been worried about it but it was all very easy with the pre-check in which was very informative, even including photos of the entrance, the number pad, etc.
